Cancellations

 

Cancellation by the customer

Orders can be cancelled any time before the item has been shipped out by us. Please contact our Customer Care in case you wish to cancel the order. On receipt of the cancellation notice we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount if the order has not been processed by us. We will not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed or shipped out by us. 

Cancellation by Us

There may be certain orders that we are unable to process and must cancel. Aranyam.co.in reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order. The reasons include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product, pricing and stock information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.

We may also require additional verification or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order.

Our Customer Care Team will communicate to you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled. If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back in your Card Account.

 

Returns

We make every effort to fulfill the orders placed. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're sorry to hear that, simply return the item to us in its original sealed unused condition within 7 days of receipt. Shipping charges shall be borne by you. 

In the event you receive a damaged/defective product or a product that does not comply with the specifications as per your original order, you can initiate a return.  Upon receiving your return request, we shall verify the authenticity and the nature of the complaint and if we are convinced that the complaint is genuine, we will initiate either a replacement or a refund depending on the option that you have requested. However, in the event of frivolous and baseless complaints regarding the quality and content of the products, we reserve the right to take necessary legal actions against you and you will be solely liable for all costs incurred by Aranyam.co.in in this regard.

Before accepting shipment of any product, kindly ensure that the product's packaging is not damaged or tampered. If you observe that the package is damaged or tampered, we request you to refuse to accept delivery and inform us at the earliest. Please notify us of receipt of a damaged or defective product within 24 hours of delivery to you. If you are unable to do so within 24 hours, we shall not be held liable for the failure to replace the order.

Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels, barcodes and invoices etc. It is advised that the return packets should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no further damage of products during transit.

The returned products are subject to verification and checks by us in order to determine the legitimacy of the complaint/ return. In the event the return of a product is duly accepted by Aranyam.co.in, the value of such product, as originally paid by you during acceptance of delivery of product or otherwise, will be refunded to you.

 

Refunds

We will refund the money the way the payment was made. If the payment was by Credit Card or Net-Banking, we will refund the Credit Card or Net-Banking account. If the payment mode was Cheque or DD, we will send you a cheque (not a DD). Cheques will be sent only to the billing address of the customer.

The refund process will be initiated once we have received the product(s). Typically refunds are processed in less than 10 working days but in case of payments by Cheque, it may take a few extra days for the cheque to be delivered to your billing address, and for the funds to be credited to your account, once you deposit the cheque.

If the original payment method you used to make the payment (credit/ debit card) is no longer valid, we'll issue the refund through Cheque or DD. When we receive a payment failure notice from your bank, we will send you an e-mail asking you to call us. When you call us back, we will collect your name and the address where you want the Cheque/DD to be sent, and proceed with the refund.
